Traveland was one of 4 dealers in all of Canada to obtain the hard to get, sought after, CSI Award.
Customers were surveyed and all gave positive feedback about their buying experience at our Dealership.
To receive a Circle of Excellence Award a Fleetwood RV Retailer must achieve a predetermined Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) rating. CSI ratings are based on a minimum number of Fleetwood RV Buyer Surveys, conducted after the purchase process is complete and the new owner has taken delivery of their new RV. To ensure accuracy, a national independant research firm conducts telephone surveys.
Fleetwood's coveted Circle of Excellence Award. Since 1992 Fleetwood introduced the award for outstanding Customer Service. Fleetwood demonstrated a commitment to customer satisfaction by creating a "Circle of Excellence" award program to honor retailers worldwide who have contributed to a high standard in Customer Satisfaction. Since its inception, the award-winning program has continued to grow in size and effectiveness, and is now considered the "Oscar" of the RV industry.
