I grew up in Salmon Arm, BC, and currently work at Happy Trails in Grande Prairie. In 2019 a friend of mine suggested this job to me because she thought I would like it. Man, she was right! I have been married to my wife for 16 years, and I wish everyone could have a relationship where they feel completely known, and miraculously, completely loved. My wife and I have two kids together. Being a Dad is an absolutely wild ride that teaches me something new every day. When I have free time I love to lift weights, have a family movie night, eat pickles and peanut butter sandwiches ( that’s not strange, you’re strange ) or, if I’m really lucky, I’ll get to go to the beach at the Simonette River with my family. I spend my days off playing with my kids, helping clean up after my kids, praying my kids fall asleep, praying they stay asleep, and taking in every spare moment I can get with my wife. If I could camp anywhere in the world, I would go to New Zealand and get in a Class C motorhome, because it would be so easy for my young family to just jump in and roam free.
