Hey there! My name is Joel and I was born and raised in Kitimat on the north coast of BC, so fishing, hunting and being outdoors has been a big part of my life ever since I was born. I left my hometown shortly after high school graduation and have lived in almost every corner of BC since including the Shuswap, Victoria, Kamloops, Kelowna and PG. 

My passion for the outdoors and love of camping led me to join the team at Traveland RV. I'm so excited to build my new career helping my customers find the perfect RV to have fun and make memories in! Before finding my way to Traveland RV, I worked many different jobs including over 10 years installing cable and internet, over 4 years as a producer at Sportsnet and even as a local radio DJ. 

I now reside in Langley with my wife. We love to play board games with friends around a campfire, travel, and find new adventures together! We've explored 18 different countries and territories and look forward to visiting many more in the future. I have a miniature schnauzer named "Bobcaygeon" after my favourite song by my favourite band, The Tragically Hip. I love playing, officiating and watching all kinds of sports. Some of my favourite teams include the Canucks, Habs, Blue Jays, Seahawks and Raptors. 

Life is like a roller coaster, there are ups and there are downs. If it was up all the time or down all the time, it would be a pretty boring ride. It's the ups and downs, the peaks and valleys that make life an adventure worth living, and I always try to make the most out of every moment I can. I look forward to helping my customers find an RV that they can build their own new memories in and getting to hear about all their fun adventures!
