3/4 cup Spinach, frozen
1 Jar Artichokes
250 grams Cream Cheese
3/4 cup Parmesan Cheese
1 cup Sour Cream
Mix all ingredients together in a container that can easily be packed to take camping.
Creat a tun foil packet by layering two pieces of aluminum foil and place the dip mixture in the center.
Roll up the ends of the foil and bake in the campfire (near the hot coals but not in the fire) for 20-25 mintues or until warm and bubbly.
Carefully unwrap the packet and serve with bread or tortilla chips for dipping.
