1 cup Cilantro (chopped)
2 Garlic Cloves
1 tsp Lime Juice
1/2 tsp Kosher Salt
1 stick of Butter (softened)
Pinch of Paprika
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese (grated)
- In a small bowl add butter, cilantro, garlic, lime juice, and salt. Mix until combined.
- Heat grill on medium high. Place corn still in the husk over direct heat and cook for 15 minutes, turning every 5-6 minutes.
- Remove corn from grill and pull down husks to the end of the cob. You can now place the corn on direct heat, to get a little char on the corn if desired.
- Spread butter mixture over corn and sprinkle with Parmesan and Paprika.
