Fire-Baked Potato with Ham, Cheese & Bacon

For this recipe you will need:
Large potatoes, baked
Sliced ham
Cooked bacon slices
Cheese of your choice
Sour cream for topping
Green Onion for topping
Directions:
Slice baked potatoes
Between the cuts, stuff a slice of cheese, bacon, and ham
Add small dabs of butter on top of each of the slices. Salt & pepper to taste.
Wrap potato in a double layer of tin foil lightly sprayed with cooking spray.
Place in the coals for 20+ minutes…until potato is hot and cheese, ham & bacon have melted together!  Be careful as they will be VERY hot!
