Meat Lasagna on White Plate | One Pan Lasagna | Traveland RV

A delicious, quick and easy one pan dinner recipe that is perfect to prepare when RVing!


1 lb ground beef or turkey
1 15oz can diced tomatoes
1 8oz tomato sauce
2 cups pasta noodles (the smaller the better. We like bow-tie noodles the best in this recipe)
1 tsp dried basil
1 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 cup shredded mozzarella
1/3 cup grated parmesan
Salt and pepper to taste


1. In a large and deep skillet pan, cook the ground beef or turkey, then drain any excess fat from the pan.
2. Add the diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, all of the spices, and a pinch of salt and pepper to taste.
3. Bring the mixture to a simmer, then stir in 2 cups of water and the pasta noodles.
4. Increase the heat and bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer, covered, for 15 minutes.
5. After 15 minutes, remove the skillet from the heat and stir in both cheeses until well combined.
*Keep some cheese aside and sprinkle on the top, then add the skillet to the oven and broil for a few minutes to add a crunch to your lasagna.
6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
