1. Use an essential oil diffuser a couple of times a day to quickly fill the space with great scents.

  2. Bring along some air-purifying plants that are easy to travel with i.e. Aloe Vera, Spider Plant or Weeping Fig.

  3. Ensure that all the food in the fridge is securely wrapped to prevent the smells from spreading. Put a package of Arm & Hammer baking soda in the fridge as well to soak up all the odors.

  4. Keep all the dirty laundry in the bathroom tub, open the windows and vents so the smells get aired out.

  5. Pack a box of scented drier sheets specifically for keeping things fresh! Use anywhere that could use a burst of fresh scent; cabinets, drawers, closets or stick them right in your shoes.

  6. Make a point to keep all surfaces clean and wiped down including floors at least once a day and prior to moving day.

  7. Air your RV out as often as you can! In the mornings and later in the evenings are a perfect time to open the vents and windows and have the fresh air come in and clean out any lingering aromas.
