Residential features are all throughout, like an atrium-style front wall, ceiling fan, extra windows, and tank capacity. At 102 inches wide, the Jay Flight Bungalow has taller ceilings and slide rooms. Other amenities include a four-burner cooktop and oven, a residential refrigerator, dual-sliding tinted entrance doors, a central vacuum system, and linoleum throughout. The 40DLFT floorplan includes a front master bedroom with a queen bed, wardrobe, dresser and exterior entry door. The central bathroom includes a walk in shower and washer / dryer prep. Above the bedroom is a large loft that can sleep up to 3 people! The rear living and kitchen space includes theatre seating opposing the entertainment center and fireplace, and a tri-fold sofa. The central island includes a double sink, four burner range, pantry, fridge, freestanding dinette and much more!
